All SketchUp model bundles are provided in .SKP format. Additional files, such as textures and preview images, may also be included depending on the bundle.

After your payment is completed, an email containing your download links will be sent automatically to the email address used during checkout.

Your download email is typically delivered within approximately 3 minutes. Delivery may occasionally take slightly longer depending on your email provider.

Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions and Updates folders. If you still cannot find the email, contact admin@designfilehub.com with your name and order information.

Open the download email and select the provided Google Drive or Dropbox link. You can then choose and download the files directly to your device.

Yes. Your purchase includes lifetime access to the bundle you purchased. We recommend downloading and securely backing up your files after purchase.

Yes. You may use and modify the models in personal and commercial projects, including architectural designs, interior projects, client presentations, visualizations, rendered images, videos and animations.

No. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share or give away the original or modified model files. You may use them in finished projects, but you may not offer them as standalone assets or as part of another bundle.
